How much does delivery cost?

Regular LOCAL delivery costs £7.95 this does change during peak times and sometimes at weekends if we have to use a courier. Ordering for the same day delivery, must be completed by 12.00 noon GMT. All delivery options are presented at checkout for your selection. Non local charges start from £9.95.

When do you deliver?

Our deliveries usually start by 11am and are generally all completed by 5pm. Timed delivery is not available.

Can I order flowers for a date in the future?

Yes, you can order in advance, Please call us on 07368 141746

Can I order same day delivery?

Subject to availability of delivery drivers and flower stocks we will accept same day deliveries up to 12.00 noon GMT.

Why can't I pick delivery time slots?

We are a  busy small Family business and we cannot accommodate this option at the moment.

What happens if no one is home?

If the gift recipient isn't there to receive their bouquet, we will leave them in a safe location, or with a neighbour.  If this is not possible, then a second CHARGABLE delivery will be arranged after communication with the recipient. You can leave specific instructions during the checkout process.

How will my purchase be packaged?

Bouquets are always arranged with water to keep the flowers fresh. A message card will be added to all deliveries., Your gift message can be left on the CART page.

Can I include a personalised message with my order?

Yes Absolutely, On the CART page you can enter your personal message. This will be printed on a card, and then safely stored in an envelope. We only include what you enter in your message, so if you wish to send anonymously then simply leave your name out of the message.

Who do I contact with any delivery rearrangements or complaints?

All customer queries should be directed to our Phones 07368 141746 messages on the contact page can not be guaranteed to arrive in time.

Do I need to have an account to be able to order?

The answer is no, but we strongly recommend it! It means you don't have to enter your details every time you order, and it helps us ensure you only receive the most relevant emails from us. We also periodically run promotions that involve crediting your account with discounts and other amazing things. You can also check out as a guest if you prefer!

We accept payment with all of the following providers:

How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once your order has been completed online you will see an order confirmation page with all of your order details and a unique order confirmation number. All  information will  be sent directly to the email address associated with your order.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

If we have been unsuccessful at delivering we will contact you, otherwise we complete deliveries as requested 100% of the time.

Where do you source your Flower?

Every bouquet you receive from Blooms is made using Flower sourced direct from Dutch Flower markets. We carefully select only the freshest and finest seasonal flowers before hand-crafting them into individual bouquets for you.
